The Grass Fed Chuck Roast is a common cut of meat you will find in preparations of what is called “Pot Roast”. This is a tougher cut of meat that should be slow cooked. It hails from the shoulder of the cow and is a muscle used often. Slow cooking can be done by baking, broiling, or in a crock-pot.
