The Grass Fed Beef Brisket can be cooked a number of ways including; baking, boiling, grilling and roasting. Basting of the meat is often done during the cooking process. This is normally a tough cut of meat due to significant connective tissue the trick is to slow cook a brisket, which makes it very tender. Popular methods in America, include rubbing with a spice rub or marinating the meat, then cooking slowly over indirect heat from charcoal or wood or in a crock-pot.  This is the cut usually used to make Corned Beef.
