Grass-Fed & Finished Tallow

Grass-Fed Beef Tallow
Beef tallow is a rendered form of beef fat, traditionally used for cooking, skincare, candles and other applications. It is derived from suet, the hard fat found around the kidneys and loins of cows, as well as from softer fat from the sides and back of the animal. We sell both the hard suet and the softer fat in bulk. We do not render the fat. It can be ground like hamburger to facilitate easier and quicker rendering.
We render our tallow through the BOUGIE TALLOW Company, our family tallow business located in Springville, Tennessee.

Gras-Fed Beef Fat
Beef fat is the raw, unrendered fat trimmed from cattle, valued for its high energy content and versatility. It comes from two main areas: suet, the firm fat surrounding the kidneys and loins, and the softer fat found along the back and sides. Suet is prized for its clean, dense structure, while softer beef fat is easier to handle and can be ground like hamburger for faster melting and use in cooking or crafting.
We offer:
Hard Suet Fat – Dense, clean, and excellent for high-quality culinary or crafting applications.
Softer Beef Fat – Simple to grind and quick to render, great for large-batch projects.
